Accommodations

You are renting the exclusive and private use of the entire property.

Two private bedrooms with new queen size beds and choice of a firm or a plush mattress. Each bright and airy bedroom has individual controlled air conditioning, dresser with mirror, armoire, personal programmable electronic digital safe and share a full bath with large walk-in shower.  Both are supplied with fresh towels and all linens.

There is an air conditioned full size living room with Cable TV, DVD and a stereo/CD player. The dining room seats six at a casual round table.

There is a high speed internet connection cable located in the dining room with extra long cable. Guest must supply their own computer with a RJ45 Network cable connection. Service is provided at the rate of $5.00 per day or $20.00 per week. Payable at time of use. (See caretaker for payment on site.) This is an optional service.

The full kitchen has a gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher and full size refrigerator with automatic ice maker. For your convenience there is an under-sink water filtration system for drinking water and is also connected to the ice maker. No need for bottled water even though the tap water is perfectly fine for drinking too.  There is a full supply of plates, glasses, tableware, cooking utensils, pots and pans as well as toaster, blender and drip coffee maker.

The back deck is partially covered and has an additional table and chairs.  For the outdoor chef there is a stainless steel four burner gas BBQ grill with lobster pot side burner.  The front porch is a great place to sip your morning coffee or enjoy your end of day cocktail.
