Rates & Terms

You are renting the exclusive and private use of the entire property.

There is a three night minimum stay and year round availability. All rates are quoted in US dollars and require the addition of a government and service tax of 8%.  Subject to availability rental can begin on any day of the week, we do not insist on Saturday to Saturday reservations. (You can save money on airfare by traveling on midweek dates !)

Check in: 3:00PM (early check in  upon request & subject to availability)

Check out: 11:00AM (late check out upon request & subject to availability)

Internet access is provided at $5.00 per day or $20.00 per week. (Payable at time of use to the on-site caretaker.)

The internet access is an optional service.

A damage deposit form with credit card information and signature will be required upon arrival.

Deposit & Payments

A $295 non-refundable deposit for up to a 2 week booking and $600 for longer bookings, is due within 7 days of booking and your reservation is only confirmed upon receipt of this deposit. The balance is due at least 45 days prior to arrival date (60 days on long term bookings).  If booking is made less than 45 days prior to arrival then the total fees are due to confirm your reservation.  Once deposit is received we will email or fax you a confirmation of your rental.

If you wish to pay with a credit card there is now no additional processing fee required. You can pay using any valid credit card via PayPal. You DO NOT have to have a PayPal account or be a PayPal member to use this payment process. If you wish to use this payment option you MUST notify us at time of deposit or balance due date so that a secure email invoice can be sent to you to process your payment.

Payments will only be accepted by PayPal or by mailing a cashiers check, money order or traveler checks made payable to G. Bowie and sent to our U.S. mail address on the contact page. If you are sharing the cost of the rental with other people in your party, please consolidate your funds and send only one deposit or payment check.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of booking at any time after confirmation has been issued will result in forfeiture of deposit paid ($295 or $600).  Refund of balance paid (total due minus deposit) will be made only if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to arrival date (60 days on long term bookings).

No refunds are made for acts of nature, such as hurricanes, however you may be entitled to reschedule your rental for up to one year after the original travel dates based upon availability.  A full refund (total due plus deposit) will be paid if, at the owner’s sole discretion, the property becomes unfit for habitation and is the total extent on the owner’s liability for such cancellation.

To protect against cancellations due to unforeseen events such as illness we recommend that guests purchase trip cancellation insurance.
